Q105.7 - Albany's Rock Station
The show (no music, just entertainment) is hosted by Gregg "Free Beer" Daniels, Chris "Hot Wings" Michaels, and Producer Joe and Steve.
I'm a Rock Girl through and through, with a ridiculous love for Chris Cornell, an obsession with Trent Reznor, the best dance moves to Avenged Sevenfold (think Jack Black), and a habit of laughing at myself WAY too hard. There's nothing I enjoy more than seeing, writing, and talking about live music. Listen to me on-air for Q105.7 on Sundays, 12-3pm, on the "Generation X Files" podcast with Q105.7's Dan America (available on iTunes and GooglePlay), and follow all my shenanigans and news in my blog!
Vinnie was born and raised in Troy and loves the Capital Region. He fell in love with rock at a very young age and with every new song that comes out, he sits there and bangs his head and strums a little air guitar and air drums at the same time. Vinnie has insane passion for this industry. His favorite bands are Volbeat, Chevelle and Avenged Sevenfold.
Great classic rock gets my pulse racing and I love sharing that passion with you. I'm also a gearhead, so you'll usually find a little grease under my fingernails from working on some project. I've been married for 26 years to the most understanding wife an immature guy could ask for, and I have two great kids and four big dogs.....yes, we're crazy and we wear dog hair like a badge of honor. I'm originally from Detroit, but grew up outside Cincinnati. I have worked in radio 28 years at stations in Cincinnati, Indianapolis and Omaha. I'm excited to be in the Capitol Region and excited to rock afternoons on Albany's Rock Station, Q105.7.
